Observation

2a) small items that could pose a choking risk were stored on low shelves.- as of 11/8/22 the small toys have been removed from lower shelves. 2a) plastic plugs are placed in the outlets- As of 11/8/2022 the plastic plugs have been removed from all of the outlets 2g) 2 cribs were placed under the window in the nap room 4f) the steps in the outdoor space do not have a railing or handrail.
